Legal Agreement: Membership Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Early Termination

Memberships engaged with a discount for an extended term are subject to early termination fees outlined herein. If canceled before the date agreed upon by both parties, the lessee will pay back any and all discounts extended during the membership period and one and a half times monthly rent fee. All cancelation fees will be due on or before the last day of membership. 

Month-to-Month Office Worx & Desk Worx Memberships require a full 30 days notice for cancellation. 

Coworx Membership can be canceled up to one (1) day prior to billing.

Conference room bookings may be canceled with at least 48 hours notice for a partial refund.
